With over 20 years of experience with International music including hip-hop, CEO of one of the most connected independent labels in Houston . He could be making six figures easily as an A&R for a major label. Entrepreneurship is what Eladder (Eskor Ladder) knows since the age of six. Before middle school, Eladder had already traveled the world. Being raised in France relaxing every summer on the beach in the south of France was a tradition. Attending the British School of Paris and the International School of Paris, he was exposed to many types of cultural music such as European, Asian and American. Living in Dakar , Senegal exposed him to the traditional authentic African music. From birth, his family members attended a big yearly ceremony where music and sounds were made using turtle shells, metals, drums, string, cans and wood. Anyway, it’s not surprising that with such exposure and experience that he decided to launch his own company

This man promoted P..Diddy’s clothing line (Sean John) in Houston and sold over 150 million for Phat Farm. from childhood he has promoted hip-hop fashion in Houston . He has promoted music to its peak and has even left footprints in the American and African music Industry. One whose ears are worth millions of dollars, he has sat in studios where platinum hits were rehearsed and recorded. A born warrior who migrated to the United States with just $200 in his possession, he rose with hard work and has made it possible for an indigenous Houston to pride Hip-hop as passion.
E. Ladder’s business began to grow massively as he opened more stores across Houston including ‘Face 2 Face’ at the southwest side. gave birth to ‘In Yo Face Marketing and promotions’. This huge success gave him an account with Bad Boys Promotions and he began to promote people like Faith Evans who had dedicated her first track of the album, ‘faithfully’ to Eskor Ladder. Soon afterwards, he started to promote P.Diddy (We invented the remix album), 112(part III) and others. Unfortunately, when the 911 tragedy struck the United States , clothing was not a necessity for Americans and so business began to decline. ‘Face 2 Face’ was shut down while he still maintained ‘In Yo Face fashions’. E. Ladder Entertainment was born and a J record was included for promotion. E. Ladder began to promote Alicia Keys alongside with Busta Rhymes by organizing parties for Alicia Keys at club grasshoppers where she sold over ten million records afterwards. .He also started to promote Western Union around that period. When I asked Eskor how he got the name , when you try to climb the ladder, people try to bring you down. The ‘E’ stands for Eskor which is my name.”
When there was a decline in labor, E. Ladder let go of marketing to concentrate on entertainment
. which he named after his former clothing store. He flew the Trio :Kim Killa from Morocco who sings in Arabic, French, and Spanish; Style J from Dakar, Senegal; and CoZer from Martini Islands, to New York to record a song with Akon in 2000-- A song which I personally like, warrior. He also signed a duo called ‘The Officialz’ comprising of ‘Fly boy G.C’ and ‘King Two’. He finally closed down ‘In Yo Face’ fashion to concentrate on his passion, music promotion.
E. Ladder has continued to promote music for seven years and he has had no regrets. “I am the reason Houston is where it is now in terms of music and fashion, even artiste explosion.”
He has submitted a press kit to Russell Simmons for about four days in a row at the magic show in Vegas and nothing happened. He says, I will always bring something to the table. I am a money making machine.”
